We run a number of high-spec Web Servers, located in secure Server Centres in the UK. These servers are backed-up every night, and have a military-strength firewall installed on each one to guard against unauthorised attacks by hackers.
Should you have your own hosting provider however, we are happy to use their service if you prefer.
On completion of a Website project, and prior to the “go live” date, we will provide user and administrator training as required, to ensure that you know everything you need to in order to maintain your website on a day-to-day basis. This training can either take place at our offices in Bray, at your offices, or via video conferencing such as Skype, Webex, or GotoMeeting.
We provide a full technical support facility during office hours. Unlike some of our competitors we do not outsource our support, and we don’t use premium phone numbers. When you have a technical question, you call our main number, and your question will be dealt with by the same team that developed your website, so you will already know them, and they will already know your website. this makes our support a quick, painless, and happy experience for our clients.
